Smoking in pregnancy harms both mother and baby. Many women want to quit, but don’t know where to go for help. Talk to your health care provider, your family, and friends for help and support. There are many resources you can use from the privacy of your own home, and other places, that will help:
Smoking Cessation Counseling is available at most local health departments. Call and ask for the HANDS coordinator or Tobacco counselor.
